Visiting this bicycle store was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the larger chains I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, with cycling posters and friendly staff ready to assist. I had a specific bike in mind, but the staff encouraged me to explore other options. They showed me several fantastic models, and I ended up deciding on a stylish road bike that I absolutely adore! The sales associate was not only patient but also gave me a detailed rundown of the bike's features and how to care for it after purchase. They even offered to help with a few adjustments to ensure it was the perfect fit. I made a note to return for maintenance in the future, as they have a great service plan that seems very reasonably priced. The only minor downside was that the shop was a bit cramped, especially when a few customers were browsing at the same time. However, the service more than made up for it. I genuinely appreciate the expertise and passion for cycling that the staff displayed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new ride or cycling gear!
